Return Policy Guidelines

Thank you for your purchase from Westfield London. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. We strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with the products they buy from us.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in the original packaging. Please contact us before sending back your return, as the return address depends on the origin of the product.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. After inspecting the item, we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card. You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Note: The standard processing time for a refund in most banking institutions is 3 to 5 business days.

Additional Information Required

Sometimes, a tax identification number or additional information is required to process your order. We will notify you if this is required. This information is only required for certain countries and allows our products to clear customs smoothly. If this information is not provided, we will not be able to process your order, and no refund will be given.

Shipping

All customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend sending returned items with tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellation

Our cancellation policy applies within 30 minutes. If the customer does not receive the package, it will be sent to the post office where the customer can collect it. If this does not happen, the package will be returned to us. In this case, the customer can choose to resend the item and pay the shipping costs for the new shipment.

Defective Merchandise

Please include photos and videos showing the poor quality of the products or defective parts so we can assist you as quickly as possible. The best photos are taken on a flat, well-lit surface where the defects can be clearly seen. This information helps us assist you with your order and prevent future issues. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving the defective items.
